How I work / 01. Discovery

I first try to understand your challenges, pain-points and key opportunities. Research is conducted and insights into the problem are gathered. Asking fundamental questions that lead to insight knowledge about your business and ensuring we are aligned.

/ 02. Define

This stage makes sense of all the research and establishes the areas to focus on. How do you differentiate yourself from the competition? What will enable you to connect with customers? What does success look like? This is clearly defined in a set of measures and design objectives. The goal here is to develop an agreed creative brief that frames the fundamental design challenges.

/ 04. Develop

A stage where solutions and concepts are created, prototyped, tested and iterated. This is a collaborative process that helps us to improve and refine ideas. We use the agreed measures of success established in the Define stage to judge our ideas.

/ 05. Deliver

The final stage is to deliver solutions. This could be a brand strategy, visual identity, campaign, digital product or internal engagement. The client relationship often does not end there. We take time to retrospectively analyse the success of the project to find valuable learnings to help businesses continue to grow.
